happiest season of all.

I hope this holiday season has been one of joy and happiness for all of our friends and family. Our new little family enjoyed spending time this month with both of our families, friends who we don't get to see often enough and being grateful for the many blessings we enjoy.

Too many families are out of work, in bad health and struggling to make it through each day. We are extremely blessed to have a warm home, two full-time jobs, and most important of all...............each other.

Happy 32nd Anniversary

Just a quick post to congratulate my parents on their anniversary. They are such an amazing example of love and marriage and I would not have been able to find such an amazing husband if it had not been for their example. Love you both!!!

Glenn and Mandy's Wedding

Our good friends got married in Spokane a few weeks ago. Tim had the honor of being Mandy's maid of honor since he is the one that introduced the two of them when they all were working at Sears. Their wedding was uniquely them with the guys all in black converse and Mandy in white converse with Mrs. Bakken embroidered on them. The reception was Paris themed and their colors were black, white and red. A very fun day even with the sporadic rain. I took a few photos of them before the ceremony and had a lot of fun editing them. Here are a few

The sun broke through and cast such a lovely glow on them...magical

The bridesmaids and groomsman :0)

I love how the buttons on her dress matched up so well with the rhinestones on her bouquet

Too sweet!

I just had to edit this one to show off Mandy's beautiful silhouette

Congratulations you two! Love ya bunches!!!

Yes we are alive...

It has been a busy summer and fall at our house. Adjusting to not being in school this semester and working as much as I can and Tim being out of town for training alot time just keeps slipping by.

Our new furrbaby Moxie is doing well. Butters is her biggest admirer. He follows her around constantly and enjoys teasing her with toys. Not to worry she gets him back by teething on his ears and legs. I thought I would share some pictures from the last few months of being in hiding :0)
Butters giving Moxie the tour of the house and his favorite spot...the bathtub

We decided to save a few dollars on haircuts and bought a new Wahl for me to cut Tim's hair with. For being the first time I think I did pretty darn well. The second time (not pictured) Did not go quite as well so I'm hanging up my cutters for now.

Butters was worried he would be next....

Our family is growing

We are very excited about our new addition. Hopefully Butters will be too! We are adopting a female chocolate lab next week. I'm not sure if I'm ready for the accidents and lack of sleep but I am excited for the pink collars and leashes. Meet Moxie!

Happy 4th

We hope everyone has a very happy and safe 4th of July. Unfortunately we both have to work so we'll have to enjoy a bbq another day. I celebrated today by planting some patriotic flowers...hopefully they survive the 102 temp outside!

Happy 4th of July to you and yours from our neck of the woods!

Wedding Pics Sneak Peek

Were still waiting for the full set of our professional wedding pics, but here are a few that we have to enjoy so far. I almost cried looking at them remembering what a special day it was. I think Susan and her brother did an amazing job capturing our personalities and style. Her photography site is located at http://www.lookhartphotography.com/ if your looking for a photographer in the Boise area.
